Our Story
Black Professional Wealth was founded by Marvin Siphalali, a financial coach and educator who has spent over a decade working in the financial industry. I’ve recognized that black professionals face unique challenges when it comes to building wealth and achieving financial security, including historical wealth inequality. I was inspired to create a business that could provide accessible and empowering financial guidance to black professionals, with the goal of closing the racial wealth gap and promoting economic justice.

About the Founder
My work experience includes positions at major financial institutions, where I’ve gained a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities. I am currently working as a financial advisor, helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve their financial goals and overcome financial obstacles. Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand the power of personalized guidance and support in transforming people’s financial lives.
With this experience and vision in mind, I’ve founded Black Professional Wealth as a platform for providing financial education, coaching, and resources to black professionals. I believe that financial freedom and generational wealth are critical components of achieving racial justice and social equity and I am committed in helping my clients build a better financial future for themselves, family and their loved ones.
